Back to School, Back to School
To prove to Dad that I'm not a fool.
I got my lunch packed up, my boots tied tight
I hope I don't get in a fight
Oh Back to School, Back to School.

Second semester. Christmas is over... sigh.

Well concerning my flash it's a good thing. The school has better computers for using flash. Today is my organization day. While I was out I collected sheets, gifs, graphics and music, now it's time to put it all together and THUMBNAIL IT! ...sorry...

The artwork itself is fun, but the part I'm looking foreward to the most is the voice acting for sure!

Anywhoo here's an image of some of the characters from the first episodes. Fun!

Back to school.

Greetings Newgrounders! It is I, Roger Uhler, back from vacation and promply returned to my work on the sprite animation.

When I decided to start research to begin working on a Sprite Flash, I learned a great deal about it and have come to some suprising conclusions. I'll give the title of the series at the end of this post.

The "Sprite" culture has been in existence much longer than I first thought. There are literally HUNDREDS of sprite comics out there and dozens of prominent flash series that cronicle a mix of video game characters in a graphic epic.

The one flash set that stands above the rest is Super Mario Bros Z by Alvin Earthworm. That guy is Tier 1 for sure. You can see that is evident in other spinoffs and sequels. I love the would-be Nintegaball GT that came out a while back as well.

The thing that I wish to contribute to the Sprite culture is to, first of all, bring Crono to the front of the scene again. He was a huge hit in the Spriteworld ten years ago, but you rareley see him in something new. Next I would like to introduce a new series that's graphically groundbreaking. Something that catches the eye and is as carefully designed as possible. Then my desire is to bring the best voice acting possible to the scene, as you see hardly any sprite flash's that are voice acted.

A note on voice acting: I refuse to put subtitles in my flash. I will go that extra mile to make the actors pronunciate clearly but I won't put them in because when I watch flashes I find them more distracting than helpful.

Finally I wish to introduce something extremeley rare in Sprite Flashes, only seen one of them... An interesting romance.

I'm sure these don't get read much and probably wont until I put down the first episode of my series. I just like to write this stuff down and get it out there.

Alright well like I said before I'll give the name of my series.

With out any further adeu, I give you...

SPRITES ADVENTURE!

I'm back!

How do you measure success? Can it be measured? Is anything you do in life truly fulfilling? Think about it. You work hard your whole life to build an empire, and when it's at it's fullest, you're old and nasty looking, too much so to do it.

And even if you become a big shot when you're young you still have to face the inevetable old age.

And is there any meaning in physical strength? You work hard to get buff for the gals, but still you will get old, and there will always be someone bigger and better.

Is there meaning in life? Is there an afterlife? If there is an eternity afterwards, then would that not be the only thing that really matters?

And who knows where we go when we die? Have you ever had someone come back from the dead to tell you what it's like??? I hope there's a heaven. I hope there's a God keeping me alive and together. I wonder if there's a way to truly find out.
