To all of my collaborators on projects like Sprites ect.

I am very sorry I have dropped off the face of the earth. Have I given up on Sprites?

NEVER!!!! I will never give it up and I will release it when the time is right. It's like Blizzard if they feel like somehting isn't the best they can make it they won't release it... except diablo.

"But Roger where on earth are you?"

Fair question. My whole adult life I've been poor and I got an oppertunity to get in on the transportation industry. I now own a small trucking company and it's a 18 hour a day job right now. Fortunateley I am no longer worried about bills but it will be a while longer before I can release this beast called sprites.

That is all. You have my number if you need me.

Myself along with several prominent sprite artists here on newgrounds have begun the process of animating the first (i believe) Collaborated Sprite Series. If you're a sprite artist and you've done some sprite work...and you think you might be interested in joining up check it out! Let me know if you're interested.

The first storyboard will be sent out in a few short days!

For those of you who don't know me or what I'm been up to:

SPRITES! is now under the production of GALAXAL STUDIOS! Nessmasta, the animator of one of the original Mega-Sprite-Hits "Nintegaball GT" and programmer for the up and coming Super Mario Bros Z: Dessumacci (the series's official game has elected to come on not only as Producer of SPRITES! but also as Lead Animator!

What does this mean?

Sprites will be produced in a unique fashion. Unlike the regular solo-sprite project where "you spend 6 months putting together a sprite flash, stick it on newgrounds, and get started on the next one" we're going to hand-produce the whole series at once ...and once it's all in the can, release it an episode per week as you would a season of a television series!

It may take a little longer but I am of the belief that working with the other artists/actors is where the real meaning and fun is, and the final product will change the way we do flash forever...

So if I dissapear for a little while then sweat it not!

To all sprite fans and flash fans alike, a huge announcement will be made this thursday concerning SPRITES!

Until then this sprite short should keep you busy...for at least 60 seconds or so.

Check out Mutteo's Erica is better Than Matt. It's a unique sprite flash based off of what SOUNDS like some sort of broadway musical. At least that's what it reminds me of.

Today kixx6 accepted my offer to come on as an Animator for Sprites! I'm super pumped as his portfolio shows he really knows how to do sprite-stuff.

Check out his latest short, Tails vs. Knuckles. It's a short fight, but it's really refreshing and has some unique music to it!

If you're a newgrounds flash coinesseur, you'll think this is funny. I laughed until my sides hurt.
