Symbolic

It's accually kind of symbolic if you look at it. It's done in the style of an old cartoon, but back in those days something as twisted as this would be...blacklisted or something...nowadays its almost commonplace.

its symbolic in that the modesty of the past is being taken over by the future...

I don't know it's 5:30 in the morning and that's what I think...

This is an awesome painting. It settles well and there's a good drama to it. "Warrior returning to his son" kind of thing. and the chairoscuro is balanced beautifully. Welldone.

I just googled the play and I gotta tell you this picture would be perfect for a modern adaptation. it's creepy and abstract with a big "SUICIDE" vibe to it. bravo!
